We want to thank all the players and parents for attending the tryout and hanging with us, even with the bizzare cold snap. We had a number of good performances and some younger players we will keep an eye for future Jamborees. It was great to get back to Houston and we look forward to coming back year after year.
We have to start by mentioning two 2020s Hannah Beram and Kayla Gonzalez who were solid offensively and defensively and we can't wait to get in front of college coaches. 2022 Evan Fuller is a superb athlete and can really hit. 2022 Ashley Martinec was effortless on the mound, with good spins and location. Finally 2023 Laylin Sturm, a natural outfielder, with good speed and a decent bat.
If you were not selected, please don't be discouraged. We want to see you play again and we will be out scouting games during the spring and summer. Please keep us updated on your tournament and game schedules and email them to info@ondecksoftball.net
Listed below are the players selected and guaranteed an invitation to the Colorado Jamboree. It is important to know that all players were considered for Jamborees. Colorado Jamboree invitations will go out April 6th. All invitations are sent via email to the address provided in registration, unless otherwise requested. Please add info@ondecksoftball.net to your contacts to ensure you get the invitation. If you can't attend the Colorado Jamboree and would prefer the Florida Jamboree or Chicago Jamboree email info@ondecksoftball.net.

Please remember that the ODM numbers, while growing increasingly important, are only a snapshot of a player’s evaluation and potential. They are also just a portion of the Tryout selection process, for more information read Your Tryout & ODM Numbers. Use these numbers as a tool and work at developing your athleticism, but constantly work on improving and refining your softball skill set – both offensively and defensively.

Player evaluations are available for purchase for two weeks after the Tryout ($20/player). Evaluations take about a week to be written and formatted from the date of purchase. All evaluations will be emailed to the address provided. If you are interested in a detailed tryout evaluation:
