The Colorado National Jamboree, in its third year, continued its run as one of the premier recruiting events of the year.  Like the previous years, the 2015 Colorado National Jamboree featured some incredible performances by players from across the country and a large number fo college coaches.  We would like to thank Triple Crown for helping us host this event each year.  The Aurora Sports Park is about as good as a venue can possibly get for one of our events.  We really enjoy working with Dave King and Elliot Finklestein in making this event truly special.

As for performances - Maddie Bejerano continued her rapid ascent as one of the premier players in the class of 2019 in AZ.  Jesse Smith, a versatile 2017 OF/P, built upon her solid performance in Hemet at the beginning of the month.  Jesse's star is ascending quickly, and many schools are starting to take notice of this young talent.  TX stars, Sydney Owens and Kaylee Lind, cemented their status as two of the best players in their state.  Both players will be major National recruits in the next few years.  Birmingham Thunderbolt Morgan Maze showed a major skill set along with a high level of athleticism.  And speaking of athleticism, Rhoman Bradshaw showed why she is without question one of the premier athletes in the country.  There were many, many other outstanding performances - far too many to mention here.  We are grateful to all the fine athletes who made the trek to Aurora to help us put on this fun event.

While we always try to caution players and parents about reading too much into these numbers, it would be wrong to minimize them as well.  These measurements are becoming increasingly important to the college coaching community.  There is no question in our minds that two years from now, the Allister Index will be a standardized measurement that every serious softball player in the country possesses and works to improve upon 3-4 times a year.  It is a major part of the Jamboree Report that goes out to coaches across the country.
