This year marks the 23rd year of OnDeck Softball. OnDeck connects softball players and college coaches. Our events give players ways to showcase their talent, and college coaches a venue to evaluate players across the country. College coaches use our report to evaluate the potential of prospective student-athletes when they can't attend a Jamboree or Elite Camp.
Since launching The Allister Report in 2001, OnDeck Softball has expanded to nationwide recruiting events and online resources. Our programs have helped thousands of players earn spots on teams at Junior College, NAIA, Division II and Division I programs.
We're the Allisters, a family dedicated to giving back as much to college softball as it gave to us. OnDeck Softball is a family business with a love for the game.
