Cancellation & Refund Policy

For all OnDeck Softball Events, the following Cancellation/Refund Policy will be in effect. 

Player cancellations in excess of 14 days prior to a scheduled event for any reasons – including but not limited to personal emergency, college/school verbal commitment, schedule changes, and travel delays – will result in the player being issued a coupon code for an OnDeck Softball event (cannot be used for profiles or ODM) within a 12 month period for the full amount of the registration fee OR the player can choose a monetary refund minus the credit card processing fee ($11.20) OR the player can transfer registration to another open event if applicable. 

For cancellations made inside the 13-7 day window prior to the event for any reasons will result in the player being issued a coupon code to use for an OnDeck Softball event (cannot be used for profiles or ODM) within a 12 month period for the full amount of the registration fee OR the player can choose a monetary refund minus a $45 processing fee OR the player can transfer registration to another open event if applicable.

For cancellations made inside the 7-4 day window prior to the event for any reasons will result in the player being issued a coupon code to use (minus a $45 processing fee) for an OnDeck Softball event (cannot be used for profiles or ODM) within a 12 month period OR the player can choose a monetary refund of 50% of the registration fee. The registration CANNOT be transferred to another event. 

For cancellations made 3 days or less prior to an event for any reasons will result in the player being issued a coupon code, for 50% of the registration fee to be used for an OnDeck Softball event (cannot be used for profiles or ODM) within a 12 month period OR the player can choose a monetary refund of 25% of the registration fee. The registration CANNOT be transferred to another event.

No-shows (no prior email or call) will result in players forfeit all monies and registrations cannot be transferred to another event and coupon codes will not be issued.

In the case of an injury or illness within 7 days of an event, a coupon code will be issued (minus a $45 administration fee) after the event or upon receiving a doctor's note.

The above policy is in effect regardless of when registration was completed. 

All coupon codes are issued after the event, via email, and players are responsible for using it on a future registration. Coupon codes have no monitary value and CANNOT be redeemed for cash after they have been issued.

Monetary refunds are processed the week after the event and take 10-15 business days to process. It is the responsibility of the credit card holder to notify OnDeck Softball if the credit card used for registration is no longer valid. 

In the case of inclement weather that makes it impossible for the OnDeck Softball staff to complete the evaluation process for all attending players in a particular event, OnDeck Softball will make every attempt to modify the schedule to allow for completion of an adequate evaluation of all attending players. If an event is completely cancelled due to inclement weather, OnDeck Softball will make every attempt to reschedule the cancelled event within a reasonable time frame. If the event cannot be rescheduled, then 50% of a player’s fee will be refunded or 100% of the fee will be applied to a future event. 

OnDeck Measurements (ODM) testing and numbers cannot be guaranteed during OnDeck Softball Tryouts, OTEs, Jamborees and/or Elite Camps. Players also are not guaranteed an Allister Index for any OnDeck event. All ODM testing will be performed at the discretion of the on-site OnDeck Softball staff and ODM staff and/or testers. In case an ODM test(s) cannot be performed due to inclement weather, field conditions, lack of sufficient testing space, and/or testing equipment malfunction, OnDeck Softball and ODM will not guarantee a re-testing opportunity. Furthermore, any test(s) that cannot be performed by the participant at the testing time, cannot be replaced by a number from a previous test(s) or future test(s), and if any one or more tests are not performed, the participant will not receive an Allister Index.

OTE Weather Policy: In the event of a cancellation due to weather, we will refund all but 20% of the entry fee. We have significant costs that are incurred even if the event does not occur.
