We want to start by thanking all the players and parents for attending the Vegas Jamboree. It was great to be back at Stephanie Lynn Craig. It's a great softball complex and perfect for a Jamboree.
It was a fun day. We got to re-evaluate some players and track their progress. We met some new players. And we look forward to tracking everyone's progression over the spring/summer. We want to start by mentioning 2026 (SS/2B) Nevaeh Hall-Flores. Neveah is a very well rounded player, good with the glove, solid slapper that can swig away, and is athletic.
2024s Makenna Polen (1B) showed really solid power at the plate. Dylan Yamamura (3B/C) and Fith Balestreri (C/3B) were solid catchers and with good bats. Mira Olvera (OF/MI) showed consistency and discipline at the plate with a good OF skill set. Finally Payton Burnham has good velocity and command in the circle and an ability to hit for power and average.
We also want to thank Kim Howard and Paul Mays for their help with front toss, BP and Fungo.
