From the Colorado Jamboree and tournaments, we make the drive to Chicago for our 13th annual Chicago Jamboree. Ackerman Park is a great venue for our events. We also thoroughly enjoy working with Clint and his team from Glen Ellyn Parks.

It was a great way to transition into the various Nationals held across the country. We had a solid turnout of players from the Midwest and there are a couple we would like to highlight here. Starting with 2028 LHP Molly Quinn who just keeps getting better every time we see her. She has solid spins, good control and velocity that keeps improving over the years. We are excited to see what the future holds for her. 2028 C Addyson MacGregor has the tools behind the plate and offensively to make a real impact at the next level. She has big time power and can hit it deep.

We had a good group of 2027s that are still looking for their college home. Hitters leading the charge and showing good power, Gianna Frcek, Madison Kossakowski, and Kayla Winters. All three are equally good defensively as well.

For the 2029 class, 3B Ella Mohr, had a breakout camp. She is very good with the glove and has a chance to be an excellent hitter. C/2B Angelina Hidri is an athletic catcher, with a good swing that will be sure to produce a solid average.

2030s McKenna Miller and Camila Diaz and 2031 HK Gabbard are pitchers with an extremely high ceiling. All three throw in the 60s with emerging spins and good control. Get out and watch them, get the on your lists, and if they keep working they will be some of the top pitchers in their class.

Thank you to all the players and parents. We also want to thank Jake Krause and Lauren Boyd for their help during the Jamboree. The Chicago Jamboree holds a special place in our hearts. Good luck in Nationals and we hope to see you at the park soon!

Please remember that the ODM numbers, while growing increasingly important, are only a snapshot of a player’s evaluation and potential. Use these numbers as a tool and work at developing your athleticism, but constantly work on improving and refining your softball skill set – both offensively and defensively.

These numbers have also been posted to your profile.
