This was a really great tryout, with a good group of players. A large contingent of younger players attended their first OnDeck Tryout, and we cannot wait to follow their progress over the next couple years.

We would like to start by thanking Christina Gwyn and Keller High School for hosting the tryout. Christina and her staff have done great things at Keller High School, including winning State Championships. We would also like to thank Luke and Chad for their help hitting fungo and throwing front toss.

We had a number of standout performances and a few we would like to mention here. 2025 Emma Willers and 2026 Kennedy Bradley had outstanding days. They are solid on both sides of the ball, strong, and athletic.

A group of 2027s are on track to be solid players if they keep working and refining their skill set. Kammy Bloom (RHP) has ramped up her velocity, worked on her spins and location. Ava Ellis (RHP) has the ability to change speeds with solid location. Hutton Adrian (Catcher) can hit for power, has a huge arm and solid pop times.

The younger group showed huge potetial. They just need to keep working on their skill set and athleticsm, letting the game come to them as they mature. The Glory organization has done a great job preparing these players and they should only get better in the years to come.

We want to thank all the players and parents who joined us for this tryout, it was a lot of fun. Please keep us updated on your tournament and game schedules and email them to info@ondecksoftball.net

Please remember that the ODM numbers, while growing increasingly important, are only a snapshot of a player’s evaluation and potential. They are also just a portion of the Tryout selection process, for more information read Your Tryout & ODM Numbers. Use these numbers as a tool and work at developing your athleticism, but constantly work on improving and refining your softball skill set – both offensively and defensively.

These numbers have also been posted to your profile. An Allister Index is not given with Tryout ODM numbers.

If you have questions about the ODM numbers, email kj@odmtesting.com
