It was a great day in Sarasota for a Tryout, beautiful day and great facility. We have to thank TJ Goelz, the Tampa Mustangs and Miss Manatee Softball for their help leading up to and during the Tryout.
This was a good group of players and some young players that we look forward to seeing how they progress. There were several performances that caught our eye - 2019 Alexandra Shenefield is a good pitching prospect and all around athlete. 2021 Vanessa Alexander is one to keep an eye on, she has a great glove and is agressive at the plate.
As with all our Tryouts, we want to remind players and parents that the recruiting process is a journey that unfolds differently for every player. Keep in mind that if you weren't selected to be invited to a Jamboree, we might just need to see you again, so email your travel ball schedule to info@ondecksoftball.net
Below are the players selected. All players will be invited to the Colorado Jamboree and invitations will be sent via email early March. We are currently finalizing the details of the Southeast Jamboree and once locked down you all will be invited.
